Caprese Salad with Honey-Balsamic Glaze

Cook’s Note: This salad can also be made in a bowl using cherry tomatoes, small mozzarella balls (gently rinsed and drained of any oil), a chiffonade (shredded) of fresh basil leaves, and berries.
